Digital support by appointment in Helsinki libraries

Do you need help with your smartphone, tablet or computer? Are you unsure how to use email, social media services or e-services?  We can help with everyday digital difficulties, but your user IDs and PIN codes are personal. Digital instructors do not make applications, purchases or bank transfers on your behalf.

During the guidance session customers are always responsible for their personal equipment and software. 

The instructors are employees of Helsinki City Library as well as students of information ja communication technologies.

We can only guarantee guidance in Finnish.
