Pride week guest Kimmo Lust
Kimmo Lust (b. 1986) won the 2023 Sarjakuva-Finlandia with his debut album Silmukka. Silmukka deals with childhood with a mother who has a substance abuse problems. Kimmo Lust's comics have been previously published, for example, in the book Näkymätön sukupuoli – ei-binäärisiä ihmisiä. The interview of Pride week also addresses the diversity of gender and Lust's background as a queer and transgender artist. Kimmo Lust will be interviewed by Linnea Saarits at central library Ode on June 27. at 6 p.m. The conversation will be in Finnish.
