Book Oodi’s facilities for your use

We welcome you to use Oodi as your workroom or a meeting place! We have different types of rooms available, suitable for various needs. You can work in a group or by yourself. Most of our facilities can be accessed free of charge and the majority can be booked through Varaamo.

    Maijansali and Kino Regina 

    Two different facilities are available on Oodi’s 1st floor for a fee, and they are perfect for conferences or other large events: Kino Regina, an auditorium which also functions as a cinema, and Maijansali, a multipurpose hall with comprehensive technical equipment.

    Kuutio

    Oodi's 2nd floor has Kuutio, a 90 m2 immersive space with touch screen abilities in its walls. It can be used e.g. as a digital art gallery or virtual a learning space

    Group rooms and work spaces

    Oodi’s 2nd floor has ten group rooms of varying sizes that you can book for free through Varaamo for a maximum of three hours and for minimum 4 persons. There are also six workspaces for 1–4 persons that can be reserved.

    Kitchen

    Oodi's 2nd floor has a cosy 30 m2 kitchen for small cooking courses and other food-related events. If you wish and if the facility is available, you can also book the neighboring Group room 8 (via Varaamo) for a sitting dinner. The kitchen is a fee-based facility.

    Reading room

    Oodi’s 2nd floor has a separate reading room for reading and silent work. The room can be freely used, but not reserved.
