Logging in to e-magazine services

As a customer of the Helmet libraries, you have free access to several e-magazine services. You can read Finnish magazines and foreign newspapers and magazines anywhere. Finnish newspapers are available in the library.
 

Read foreign newspapers and magazines anywhere

Foreign newspapers and magazines have remote access, so you can use them when you like, anywhere. You can read the magazines in your device's browser or via the services' own mobile applications. You can also download them to the app and read them offline. Read the instructions for remote access of e-magazine services.

PressReader offers thousands of newspapers and magazines from over 120 countries and in around 60 languages. Included are titles such as The Guardian, Le Monde, The Washington Post, and Mollie Makes. To log in to the service or app, you will need your library card number and PIN code.

Read Finnish magazines at home and newspapers in the library

Epress (formerly eMagz) offers facsimile editions of over 80 Finnish magazines and a few newspapers. You can access a larger collection of Finnish magazines on on Vantaa and Espoo libraries' computers or via their wireless network.

Epress offers also facsimile editions of more than 250 Finnish newspapers, available as soon as the newspapers have been printed. You can read the majority of the newspapers only on the libraries' computers or via your own mobile device when you are using the library's wireless network.
