Visiting Helmet libraries safely

We want to make your visit to Helmet libraries as successful and safe as possible. On this page, we have compiled information on our activities and some general instructions we ourselves follow and hope that all our visitors will also observe. Welcome to the library – safely!

Dear customer, this is how we are helping to prevent the spread of  the coronavirus

Here at Helmet libraries, we value your and our employees’ health above all else. This is why we are asking you to comply with the following instructions, which we also abide by, when visiting us:

Even mild flu symptoms are a good reason to stay home

If you have any symptoms of flu, i.e. a runny nose, cough, sore throat, headache or fever, please stay home.

Please maintain a safe distance

The virus is highly contagious when in close contact. If you see that there is a line to our cash or information desk, please wait a moment and make sure to keep a safe distance from others.

We wash our hands

The best way to avoid contracting the coronavirus is to wash your hands. That is why we are asking everyone to maintain good hand hygiene. Hand sanitizer and hand washing stations are available in our premises.

We cough and sneeze properly

Cover your mouth and nose with a disposable tissue when you cough or sneeze. Put all used tissues in the rubbish bin immediately. If you do not have a tissue, please cough or sneeze into your sleeve.

We follow current health and safety guidelines

We follow the current official guidelines for the coronavirus epidemic, as well as the health safety measures required by the Communicable Diseases Act.

Thank you for your cooperation!
