The libraries of Helsinki are testing emotion bookmarks with which customers can recommend literature to each other in an easy and inspiring manner.

Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra to play chamber music in Helsinki’s libraries in November. The tour consist of 12 free concerts in libraries in Helsinki. 

Helsinki libraries will be introducing a new printing system at the beginning of 2023. Customers will no longer log into computers using their personal credentials. To print materials, you will first have to create a printing account. Free printing will no longer be available in Helsinki.
