Morning Yoga at the Oodi Balcony

Beginner friendly all level yoga class at the Oodi Balcony on July Tuesdays 8:10-9:10am. The posture sequences are designed so that there will be variations and versions for every level and ability. The asanas (yoga postures) give you an opportunity to learn about and work on your strength, flexibility and balance. There will be some breathing exercises and the class always finishes with final relaxation.

Minttu and Antti have been teaching yoga together since 2018. The class will be in Finnish and/or English depending on who turns up.

Bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Oodi has a few mats you can borrow on first-come first-served basis. If you don’t have a mat, something soft like a towel or a blanket might work if it’s not too slippery. If you think getting down to the floor is tricky for you, you are welcome to practice sitting in a chair.

Dress according to weather and choose clothes that allow you to move freely. In case it rains the class will move inside into the Children's Event Space.
