What´s going on

Starting 1 June, the Helsinki City Library network will once again provide close to full library services. This summer, some libraries in the city will also be open on weekends.

Starting on 8 May, the public will be able to loan and reserve items for pick-up at libraries in the Helsinki districts of Etelä-Haaga, Kallio, Laajasalo, Malmi, Paloheinä, Pasila, Roihuvuori, Töölö, Vallila, Viikki, and the Helsinki Central Library Oodi. Other library branches in the city will start these services incrementally, beginning on 11 May.

The services of City of Helsinki Culture and Leisure Division (libraries, library buses, cultural centres, museums, youth centres and all indoor sports facilities) will be closed  from Wednesday March 18th.

You can also organise an event at the library premises or at the Myllypuro pavilion, either on your own or in co-operation with an organisation or other partner.
