Point library will resume normal opening hours as of April 25 The library is open with staff present on Mon-Thurs at 9:00-20:00 and on Fri-Sat at 9:00-16:00. The self-service library is available on Mon-Sat at 7:00-9:00 and on Sun at 7:00-16:00.

Lukulumo - a multilingual library service In the Lukulumo application, you can find over 520 Finnish language books, many of which you can listen to in over 50 different languages. Lukulumo is available in every Espoo library and almost every library in Vantaa.
Vantaa to open its self-service libraries Vantaa will open its self-service libraries to clients at the turn of August-September 2021. Vantaa's self-service libraries are Kivistö Library, Länsimäki Library, Point Library, and Pähkinärinne Library.
A fee will be charged for uncollected reservations Helmet libraries will start charging customers a fee of €1 for reservations that have not been picked up or cancelled by the last pick-up date. Reserving materials will continue to be free of charge. The uncollected reservation fee will be introduced 1 June 2021.
Tastes for the Mind reading-promotion summer campaign for families with children Vantaa City Library arranges a Tastes for the Mind reading-promotion summer campaign that aims to encourage families with children to read and to use library services. The campaign begins on June 21 and ends on August 31.
Printing and photocopying at Vantaa libraries Printing, photocopying and scanning at Vantaa libraries is free of charge. You can print or photocopy at max. 20 black-and-white or two color sheets per day.
Printing service is available in Vantaa libraries again As of June 1, 2021, you can again print at Vantaa libraries. At the same time, we will be applying the print@vantaa.fi service to all customer printing. Using the printing service requires that you have an email address.
Point library’s self-service hours reduced till the turn of the year The self-service hours of Point library in the evenings and over the weekends will be reduced for the period of October 21-December 31, 2019.
Library volunteer Marlene Marlene wil be in Point library until week 12. Hi, my name is Marlene Furian. I am a social worker from Germany, 24 years old and on my university break until April 2018. Until then I will spend my time in the Point library and offer small visitors to have some games with me or other library activities. I will be the big sister for any cases.
The Point Library is partly closed 18th - 19th December 2017 The space of Point library will be re-arranged from 18th to 19th December 2017. At the same time new furniture will be bought to the library. All materials in the library will be packed in boxes for the duration of the arrangement and the materials will not be available on Tuesday 19th December. The work will start already on the previous week, when some of the library material will be packed.
