Töölö Library

Töölö Library opens between Monday and Friday at 8am.

In the early morning from 8am to 10am, the library facilities and materials are available in self-service form to clients. During those hours, it will also be possible to borrow, return, and collect reserved items as self-service.

What´s going on

A fee will be charged for uncollected reservations

Helmet libraries will start charging customers a fee of €1 for reservations that have not been picked up or cancelled by the last pick-up date. Reserving materials will continue to be free of charge.
The uncollected reservation fee will be introduced 1 June 2021.

Libraries will be opened 1 June up to half of the normal number of customers

As of Tuesday 1 June, customers at libraries will be able to pick up works directly from the shelves. It will also be possible to use, print, copy, and scan at customer computers in libraries. Separate group activities and reading rooms will remain closed.
